The secrets of paper

Paper….a material we see and use in our everyday lives….can at times appear so ‘ordinary’ as to become  ‘anonymous’…hardly there….noticed by us only as a backdrop to our work, not as a key protagonist in the creative process.
This workshop is not about making a ‘something’….it does however invite participants to research the properties and possibilities of materials as both a source and means of expression of ideas and interests. Participants will have the opportunity to come close to children’s research processes as sensory explorers in a constant process of seeking beauty and relationship in the world around them.
To support active participation, this workshop is limited to 25 participants. Should registration exceed this number, a second date will be offered, a waiting list formed and the workshop will be repeated.
